In the Autumn of 2001 we were told that there was a horse tied up to a tree with his legs in PVC tubes to prevent him from moving and force him to endure a long painful death. The word spread and soon there were a lot more horses.
They all become family regardless of species.
Although we started rescuing horses, we could not just ignore the suffering of other animals! We are their last resort, none of our animals live alone in small cages and only when a perfect home is found do we give them up for adoption, people sign an adoption contract which states that if they can not keep them for any reason they must bring them back.
Together we can make changes
